These general terms and conditions govern the use of the Platfo platform (commande.app) and the contractual relationships between Platfo and its professional users.

2. Services

Platfo provides an online pre-ordering solution for restaurants. The services include:

QR code ordering system
Real-time menu management
Kitchen display for order management
Payment integration
Dashboard and statistics

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is adapted to the needs and volume of each establishment, starting from 200 CHF/month. No commission is charged on sales. A personalized quote is provided before any subscription.

4. Duration and Termination

The subscription is without commitment. You can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current month.

5. Liability

Platfo is committed to providing quality service. In the event of service interruption, Platfo will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platfo platform and all its elements are protected by intellectual property rights. Use of the platform does not confer any ownership rights to these elements.

7. Applicable Law

These conditions are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
